In our bakery, we do not use artificial flavors or preservatives. Instead, we rely on honest ingredients that create the perfect mixture. The right consistency is crucial so that the thin layers stick to the rotating roller.

Baking Baumkuchen is more than just a craft - it is an art that unfolds layer by layer. For our Baumspitzen, we do without the characteristic ring structure and leave the Baumkuchen largely uncombed.
Cutting
After the Baumkuchen comes out of the oven, it is given time to rest and cool on the roller. We then cut the Baumkuchen into rings and divide them into sections for our tree toppers.
The coating
The perfect finishing touch is a coating of first-class dark chocolate. Our taste creation is perfectly rounded off by the intensely aromatic dark chocolate and the juicy, sweet taste of our tree tips.
