Product note

For production reasons, our Baumkuchen are covered with aluminum foil on the inside, as this was previously applied to the Baumkuchen roller. This must therefore be removed before consumption.

Our Baumkuchen are alcohol-free. The alcohol we use in the ingredients list is completely evaporated during the baking process and the high temperatures. What remains is the aroma, which is responsible for the distinctive taste of our Baumkuchen.

Our Sommerbaum is the ideal companion for the warm season. After cooling, the hand-baked Baumkuchen is refined with a sweet, fruity and light sugar glaze to provide a refreshing taste experience.

Floral, colourful finish

Immediately afterwards, each summer tree becomes a real highlight when we decorate it by hand with edible cornflower, rose and marigold blossoms. This makes each one unique with its own individual shape and appearance.
